​How Do I Place An Order?
Choose your desired color combination or create your own by selecting the barrette color, and paint combination. Be sure and check out our seasonal selection as well!

Next, enter the text of the name you wish to be painted on the barrette. Note that only 12 characters (including spaces) will fit on the barrette and that longer names may not include design on either end
Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping, and most orders are sent within 48 hours.

At this time we DO NOT SHIP internationally. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you place an international order, and our cart does not automatically stop payment, we will refund your entire purchase and shipping charges to the card used within 3 business days.
Credit Card Orders

We accept all major credit cards. Orders will show on your credit card statement under DS Palmer Ventures.

Returns & Refunds
Every purchase is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, send it back to us within 14 days from the time you received it. Please keep in mind refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable.
